Lynne specialises in all aspects of business communications, branding, and integrated marketing and has supported numerous tools, diagnostics, pharma and CRO organisations.
With over 8 years of providing high-level professional support within academia, publishing, and corporate finance, she has a proven track-record in project management, administrative functions, managing client relationships, and assisting executive teams.

Alembria Intellectual Property
Lucy is a Director and co-founding Partner at the boutique patent firm, Alembia Intellectual Property Limited, specialising in chemistry, pharmaceutical and life science patent matters. She is a qualified European and Chartered (UK) patent attorney with a strong background in organic and medicinal chemistry, particularly in the oncology area.
Lucy holds more than two decades’ worth of experience of the pharmaceutical industry, and her patent practice spans the lifetime of a patent, from invention capture to IP litigation. She’s created patent families from projects originating in Europe, US and China, provided input and advice for numerous business development deals, and managed multijurisdictional patent litigation relating to an oncology blockbuster product.
Offering legal support to Lean Life Science, Liam is a senior lawyer with unique experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has successfully delivered all types of legal work, with a particular specialism in commercial and business development transactions. Furthermore, Liam has managed IP licences, collaborations, product disposals and acquisitions, M&A projects, and many other commercial and R&D deals. He also has experience of disputes, investigations, competition law and other commercial issues.
An experienced Finance Director, Mary has background with AstraZeneca as the finance lead on drug product teams from late development through to on-market. Now works as Portfolio Finance Director for emerging companies in the Life Sciences sector as part of the Integral Finance Partnership.
